These terms cover use of this marketing website and the MyKUBO app. Separate agreements govern purchases, KUBO Play subscriptions and educator portal accounts.

Product information and enquiries

We aim to keep product descriptions, availability and indicative prices accurate. Products, prices and availability may vary by country and seller. Confirm the details in your seller’s quotation before ordering. Sending a form is an enquiry and does not place an order or create a subscription.

Purchases and subscriptions

KUBO hardware is purchased through our sales partners, or directly from KUBO where offered. The seller’s agreed terms govern payment, delivery, returns and warranty, alongside your statutory rights. This website does not grant an additional money-back guarantee or lifetime warranty.

KUBO Play is a separate digital subscription. Its price, duration, renewal, cancellation and any trial conditions are set out when you subscribe. These website terms do not change an existing purchase or subscription agreement.

MyKUBO app

MyKUBO is a maintenance utility for teachers and parents. It does not provide student accounts, purchases or subscriptions. You may use MyKUBO on iOS and Android to connect to and maintain KUBO robots you own or are authorised to manage, including installing firmware updates and changing supported settings. The app and firmware are licensed for their intended use with compatible KUBO products; ownership of their intellectual property remains with KUBO and its licensors.

Permission to discover and connect wirelessly to your robot is requested through iOS or Android and is needed for features that communicate with the robot. You can decline or revoke it in device settings. Internet access is needed to download firmware. Follow the in-app update instructions, keep the robot adequately charged and nearby, and avoid interrupting an update unless instructed.

Availability of features and updates depends on your robot model, firmware and device. These terms do not add a hardware warranty or remove statutory rights. For copies obtained through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement applies unless a custom agreement is expressly supplied in the store. Using our content and website

You may browse the site and use its interactive demonstrations for their intended purpose. KUBO and its licensors retain rights in the site’s text, images, videos, software and branding. Classroom resources are subject to the licence supplied with them. Any rights or exceptions provided by law remain available.

Do not misuse the forms, submit unlawful content, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the website. Only submit information you are entitled to share.

Availability and external links

The website may be changed or temporarily unavailable. External websites, including partner stores, are operated under their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or operation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or takes away mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookies page explains browser storage. Reading these terms or sending an enquiry does not give consent to marketing or optional cookies.

Law and updates

Danish law applies to these terms, subject to any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction that apply to you. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date and apply going forward.
